hey :D you found my little corner of the internet. this is where we hang out, stare at old screenshots, and chat with people!!^^

if the page feels a bit off, that’s just the town loading you in. sometimes it takes a while. sometimes it doesn’t finish..haha

OBSERVATION BOARD

the town leaves traces everywhere. not clues, exactly — more like fingerprints. if you notice something repeating, changing, or watching you back, write it down.

• if a video loads faster than the others, note the timestamp.
• if a screenshot shows something you don’t remember, note the color.
• if a chat message appears before you type anything, note the username.
• if the sky flickers, note the frame you saw it in.
• if the music overlaps wrong, note which layer started first.

none of these things mean anything alone. together, they form a pattern. the town doesn’t explain itself — it expects you to notice.

when the pattern feels complete, don’t say it out loud. the town listens.

rumor: if you zoom way in on one of these, you can see a house that doesn’t exist in any current map. if you find it, write down the color of its roof. you’ll need that later.

if those pages ever start showing dates that don’t match your clock, that’s fine. that’s just the town syncing you.

CODES TERMINAL

sometimes the town talks in codes. if you listen carefully (and view source), you can talk back.

LEVEL 1 CODE:

first, prove you’re really from the sand place.

LEVEL 2 CODE (SILENT):

this one doesn’t announce itself. when you know it, you’ll just type it. hint: it’s stitched from a video title, a roof color, and the first letters of each log entry.

TOWN LOGS

someone left these messages in the server console. they look like patch notes, but they feel more like diary entries.

  • Always check the skybox before you join.
  • Blue fog means the update didn’t finish.
  • Cracks in the terrain are not supposed to move.
  • Don’t answer if a player with your own name joins.
  • Everyone who stayed past 7:08 PM stopped chatting.

take the first letter of each line. that’s one of the pieces.
